SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times:

 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (M-F 9-4pm), of your order placed (unless otherwise stated in our shops announcements or Instagram). Weeks which contain a holiday it can take more time.

Tracking information will be e-mailed to you once your order has shipped. Please note that once your order has shipped, we are no longer in possession of your items.

Domestic Shipping: 

All orders are shipped USPS first class or priority mail with tracking. *PLEASE make sure the address you leave at checkout is COMPLETE and CORRECT, as this is the address We will ship your order to. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address due to a purchaser entry error. * Unfortunately, USPS does not 'guarantee' delivery time, except for Express service. If you would like this shipping option please contact us before ordering.

 

The average USPS First Class delivery time is 4-7 business days for domestic shipments. Our warehouse is located in Bothell, WA and actual delivery time may be even sooner depending on your address. Every once and a while a package is delayed due to weather or other natural disasters. If you are concerned about your package being delayed, please contact us. If you would like to insure your package against damage or loss we highly recommend that you select Priority Mail as your shipping method during checkout.  If you select to send your order 1st class mail or free shipping, you assume all responsibility for the ultimate delivery of your order. We will not be held responsible for lost/delayed orders after your package has shipped and is no longer in our possession. Please understand we have NO control over USPS service. 

You will always be able to review shipping charges before finalizing your order at checkout.

 

International Shipping:

 

For international orders, all orders and processed and shipping within 1-3 business days or your order being placed. Depending on your location, average delivery times are 2-4 weeks after your order is shipped.

 

Please be aware you may be responsible for customer, customs, import, VAT or excise duties and or other fees. We have no control over what taxes or fees your specific country may charge when importing goods. Please check with your specific country for import law PRIOR to purchasing from The Craft Mom Shop as  you are solely responsible to pay any applicable taxes or frees within your country. No refunds for returned goods because any import fees were not paid by purchases will be offered. We will not be help responsible for your package after it leaves our facility. We provide tracking which will show when your package has been dropped off within the UPS and is no longer in our possession. We have no control over who opens, inspects or steals your package within your local country. If you are concerned about your international package arriving please contact us before purchasing as we do offer international shipping through FedEx for an additional fee.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return/Refund Policy:

 

We do not offer returns or refunds unless there was a shipping error on our part. However, we do offer products exchanges if your items are returned to us in NEW condition within 14 days of your order being marked as delivered. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you would like to exchange any products you have purchased. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees as well as any new shipping fees for exchanged items.  Cancellation requests are generally not honored as we begin processing orders immediately.
